This is quite frustrating. I opened PC Ghosts today to play a little TDM or Extinction, and it says my account is banned and cannot play online. I haven't ever hacked or done anything questionable in-game. I'm sure you're thinking 'yea right, he tweaked his settings, or installed something'...but I assure you, no, I am the most basic/honest user there is...and in fact...use a riot shield 99 percent of the time to combat hacker punks.
Well...I've been through the calls/chat support and they say this 'ban' is final. It is INCREDIBLY frustrating that I can't escalate my ticket to someone who KNOWS something and that can resolve my issue...they just give me the canned response that all bans are final.
Activision, know this, your procedure for banning people must be flawed, because I have done absolutely nothing wrong on my end. I hope to heard from someone a little higher up who can resolve my issue...but in the meantime, I can't justify pre-ordering your next COD game like I always do...I have called American Express and had them refund the charge through Steam.
My 4000 dollar Alienware laptop that I bought just to run COD Ghosts is now idle. Really disappointed in Activision, I used to be a pretty big fan.
