Specs not enough? Game lagging

Hey everyone,

got my new Notebook with the following specs:

4. Gen. Intel® Core™ i7-4510U (4M Cache up to 3.1 GHz)

8 GB DDR3L mit 1.600 MHz (2 x 4 GB)

240GB SSD SanDisk Ultra 2

AMD Radeon™ HD R7 M265, 2 GB DDR3

When I bought ghosts I couldn't play, because my old Graphics Card didn't supported DirectX11. Imo this specs should be able to run the game, doesn't it? When I do everything on the lowest the game still doesn't feel comfortable.

Any ideas which settings to use?

On my Catalyst Control Center I chose performance and I turned of vertical sync.
